Commencing his journey with an MBChB degree in 1993, Dr. Alani embarked on a trajectory of excellence, culminating in the attainment of his first Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, conferred by the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS) from Germany/Belgium. Subsequently, he further enriched his expertise through an observational fellowship in the United States at the Southern Illinois University.
His professional voyage led him to serve as a Specialist Plastic Surgeon at a Tertiary Center affiliated with Johns Hopkins Medicine in Abu Dhabi, exemplifying his commitment to global healthcare excellence.
Having amassed invaluable experience as a consultant plastic surgeon over 12 years, Dr. Alani embarked on a new chapter in Australia. Here, he pursued a rigorous training program in Sydney, culminating in the prestigious Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS). Throughout his training, he contributed significantly to various renowned plastic surgery centers in Sydney, including Royal Prince Alfred, Prince of Wales, Westmead, Liverpool, and the Royal North Shore Hospitals.
Dr. Alani concluded his extensive journey of Plastic Surgery training with a Fellowship at St. Vincent's Hospital in Sydney, specializing in Head and Neck Reconstruction and Breast Reconstruction.
Presently, Dr. Alani serves as a pillar of excellence in both public and private hospital settings in Sydney, extending his expertise to diverse locations across the city.
